Start your day by taking in the sunrise from the kitchen table while you enjoy the sweeping views of the ocean. The uncrowded beach is only steps away, over the private deeded access directly across the street.
Another feature of this property is the large, landscaped, and fenced backyard. Guests can cool off in the spacious saltwater pool, or relax in the hot tub, underneath towering palm trees. The pool area also has a half bathroom, a hand-painted outdoor shower area, and a grilling station out of the wind, making this one of the most unforgettable pool areas around town.
No need to go anywhere, but if you do, you are walking distance, a bike ride, or a short drive away from wonderful shops, restaurants, and activities. Walk directly across the main road (stopping at Ashley's Coffee Bistro!) and stroll along the path next to the bay. Or bike or drive to the nearby Wright Brothers National Memorial and Jockey's Ridge State Park.
This charming three-level home has the coastal comfort you are looking for and a familiar floor plan. On the top level, you will find an expansive balcony with unbelievable views, as well as the kitchen, dining area, and living room. This floor also has a master suite with a king-sized bed and an attached full bathroom.
On the middle level, you will find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the laundry room, and another balcony, as well as stairs down to the pool. One of the bedrooms is another master suite, with a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with two bunk beds, share a "Jack and Jill" full bathroom.
In addition to the huge driveway, there is covered parking in the carport (garage is an owner storage area only), as well as plenty of space for surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, bicycles, or whatever else you enjoy at the beach (as well as built-in racks in the carport to keep your SUPs, surfboards and fishing gear off the ground).
