Brigadoon (1219) Shipwatch is an oceanfront unit located in North Topsail Beach, NC. The floor plan is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Shipwatch Villas has something for everyone, whether you want to relax on the beautiful white sandy beach, enjoy the large oceanfront pool or simply have a family cook-out, you can enjoy all that is offered in this great oceanfront community.
You will enter this unit through the foyer which is adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. Here you will find lots of storage space in the beautiful custom solid wood cabinetry with ample counter space for meal preparation. There are also two bar stools which allow space for 2 additional guests to dine at the kitchen bar area.
The dining area will accommodate 6 at the dining table with 2 others at the kitchen bar area.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, loveseat, a comfortable recliner, Adirondack chair, coffee table, end tables and lamps, entertainment center with a large flatscreen smart TV, ceiling fan and wall art. WiFi is available throughout the unit. Showcased with light beachy colors and beautiful hardwood style LVP flooring, this living area will transform your mind, body and spirit into the vacation mode. The living area provides direct access out to the oceanside covered balcony where you will find plenty of comfortable seating while enjoying those early morning sunrises. This unit also has a wonderful view of the pool which is a great feature for those families with small kids which allows for keeping an eye on them from the comfort of the oceanside balcony.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the unit and provides direct access out to the oceanside covered balcony. This bedroom has luxurious furniture and is equipped with a queen bed, night stands and lamps, dresser, extra seating, ceiling fan and a flatscreen smart TV. The master is also equipped with a private full-size bath with tub and shower combination.
Down the hallway and well separated from the master you will find bedroom 2 which is equipped with a double bed as well as a pyramid style bunk bed with an added trundle on bottom. This bedroom will accommodate 6 guests comfortably. Also, in this bedroom you will find a dresser, nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan and a flatscreen smart TV. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out and play their video games and watch movies.
Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway, you will find a large full bath (second bath) with tub and shower combination and double vanities.
Down the hallway between the two bedrooms, you will find a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.

This unit offers many great amenities, including parking, outdoor grilling area, elevator, washer and dryer, smart TV's, DVD, WiFi, covered oceanside balcony, large oceanfront swimming pool and easy direct access boardwalk across the sand dune and right down to the white sandy beach.
Please Note: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or Vrbo, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.*
This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID's will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
