Sunnyside Up is a lovely 5-bedroom 3.5 bath beach home that will comfortably sleep 13 guests. It is equipped with two separate living areas and two full kitchens (one on each living level). This home is designed for comfort and has exceptional ocean and sound views with a convenient beach access right across the street. The home has lots of parking space and a fenced-in back yard. To the rear of the property, you will find a fishing pier/ kayak launch area which is a great spot for capturing those evening sunsets. The pier is not for large boats but will accommodate very shallow draft boats. Just a few doors down there is a public kayak launch area that can be utilized as well.

The home bedding setup includes 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 full, 1 pullout and 4 twin bunks. Sunnyside up has lots of outdoor space including an upper level screened-in porch, an upper deck area with lots of seating and lounging space, a lower screened-in porch as well as a fenced-in back yard. Each of the screened porches are equipped for outdoor dining. There is an  enclosed outdoor shower to the side of the house that is equipped with hot and cold water which is great for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.

As you enter the home through the bottom level foyer the main living level is on the upper level which is where we will start. The main living level is equipped with a large living room, large kitchen with separate dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This level also houses one of two laundry areas. From this level you have direct access out to the screened porch from the kitchen or the large deck from the living room.

The  upper living room is designed for comfort and maximum views. It has walls of windows that showcase the sparkling Atlantic Ocean just across the street. You will find lots of comfortable seating, wall mounted flat screen TV, ceiling fans and free WiFi access, (The Fireplace shown in photos is not available to be utilized).

The  upper kitchen is well designed and very well stocked with all the required major appliances as well as countertop appliances. The major appliances include a large stainless refrigerator with water & ice dispenser, smooth top range, built-in oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The luxury style cabinetry is showcased with subway tile backsplash and granite countertops. There is a large center island that houses the smooth top range and provides plenty of extra prep space as well as extra dining space. From the kitchen there is direct access out to the screened in porch which also provides additional dining space.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with ample seating for the guests and provides a great space for board games and family time together.

Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, closet, night stands, dresser and a private bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, closets, night stands and dresser. This bedroom also provides a twin pullout bed which would be convenient for a small kid. Just outside the bedroom door is a full bath with shower, double vanities and large soaking tub.

As we move down the stairs to the 1st living level you will find 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, dining area and a large living area.

The bedding setup on this level is 1 queen, 1 full and 4 twins (2 sets of bunks).

The  lower living room is very spacious and equipped with large sectional sofa, comfortable chairs, ceiling fan, end tables and lamps, coffee table and a large flat screen TV. There is a half bath adjacent to the living room.

The  lower kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with all required major appliances and countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender.   There is ample dining space adjoining the kitchen. From the kitchen there is direct access out to the lower-level screened porch where you will find plenty of comfortable seating and additional dining space.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, night stands, closet and a TV.

Bedroom 4 is equipped with a full bed, ceiling fan night stand and is adjacent to a half bath.

Bedroom 5 is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (4 twins) and has a wall mounted oscillating fan, closet and TV.

This level has a shared full bath with large shower and doubles as the second laundry area.

This home comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.

  For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final conformations.

  Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. IDs will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-in Packet that will include: WIFI information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to the property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.

  For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.
