This unit has been upgraded from top to bottom with many modern and unique features. The unit has 5 large decks with three on the direct oceanfront side and two on the rear side. The unit is set up to sleep 8 comfortably with bed sizes including 2 queens, 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa. WiFi is provided throughout with TV's in all bedrooms as well as the living room.
As you enter this unit from the first living level you will find two beautifully furnished bedrooms with a full bath (large tile walk-in shower) to accommodate these two bedrooms. On this level you will also find a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
Bedroom 2 directly faces the ocean and is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, night stands with lamps, wall art, ceiling fan and a large flatscreen TV. This bedroom also has direct access out to a private oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable seating while watching the porpoises troll down the shoreline looking for their morning meal.
Bedroom 3 is on the rear (street side) of the townhome and is equipped with two twin beds, dresser, storage chest, lamps, ceiling fan and a large flatscreen TV. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite movies.
As you move up the stairway to the second floor, you will notice the main living area, which encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, comfortable arm chair, end tables with lamps, decorative wall art and a large flatscreen TV. This room also provides direct access out to the large oceanfront deck. The deck is equipped with a pub height table with chairs and is a great spot for outdoor dining or just having that early morning cup of coffee.
Adjoining the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen very well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a refrigerator with ice maker, smooth-top range oven combination, dishwasher and a built-in microwave. The countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen has all new shaker style cabinetry with beautiful granite countertops. There is also a large pantry for storing your weekly supply of groceries. The kitchen also provides direct access out to the rear deck where you will find comfortable seating.
The dining table is equipped to seat 6 with 2 extras at the kitchen bar area.
For your added convenience there is a half bath on this level as well.
As you approach the next flight of stairs you will be entering the top level which is dedicated to the master suite (bedroom 1), including a private balcony with outstanding views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, nightstands with lamps, wall art, ceiling fan and a large flatscreen TV. This master suite has its own private glamour bath which includes double vanities with granite countertops, a tub/shower combination with stone highlights inside the shower. This top-level master has its own separate AC system for providing extra comfort during the hot summer nights.
Shipwatch Townhomes amenities include a large oceanfront swimming pool, beach accesses with outdoor showers.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID's will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
