12 Duneside Drive

So close to the beach but without all of the hustle and bustle of the main street. Only 6 houses to the direct access to the beach, this OIB home is prepared for you and your family and friends' every need.  

Private separation of space for family and friends...children too. Three main floor bedrooms with a TV in each, furnished with new comfy king sized beds. The first bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. Two more bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with tub.  Spacious upstairs bedroom is a perfect retreat for children with 2 bunk beds and one double bed plus a bathroom with shower. On the main level you'll notice great separation of working and prep space in the completely updated, well equipped kitchen. This allows for watchers from the bar seating, as well as many prep spaces for the cooks among you.  
Bar storage and a serving area compliment the formal dining room that accommodates comfortable seating for eight, plus additional bar seating for four. The dining area overlooks the inviting living room, all newly furnished, with large screen TV, plenty of windows, an oversized relaxing recliner, and even a small desk area for charging of devices or those who need to catch up on work.

This beach home is suitable for those with mobility challenges, with an elevator from the ground floor to the main floor and grab bars in both main floor bathrooms. The elevator room (pictured) is enclosed and has plenty of storage space for your cooler, beach toys, etc.

The front covered deck allows for comfortable seating. Listen to the ocean beckoning you from the front porch as you enjoy your morning coffee. The concrete pad below is a wonderful area to unwind and wash off with the outdoor shower after a day of play at the beach. Plus, a large gravel area provides plenty of parking. A Weber propane grill is provided (guests provide propane), along with picnic table and games. Ample area to put water toys away as well as wash the sand off of them.

Enjoy additional features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, highchair, pack n play, total of 5 TVs for streaming, and high speed wireless internet.

Rate includes departure cleaning. Accommodates 13. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
