McClure Realty Vacations is thrilled to have 276 East First Street back! Formerly Sea Turtle, then Breezin' Eagle, help us welcome Gigi's Retreat!
This oceanfront home offers 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an elevator, a private splash pool (8' x 16'), and private walkway to the beach! Enjoy other features such as central heat & air, full kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, washer/dryer, 7 TVs with internet cable (streaming), highchair, porta crib, and full crib, ceiling fans, covered porch, sun deck, and outside cold water rinse station. An elevator takes guests from the parking level up to the first floor living room.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with two Double beds and one with one Queen bed. Upstairs the master bedroom has one King bed. There is a bedoom with one Queen bed, one with two Double beds, and the last bedroom has a Double/Single bunk bed and a Single bed.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 18.

Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-8/31/2024.
3-night minimum 8/26/2023-5/31/2024 and 8/31/2024-12/31/2024.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
