This mid-island home offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 TVs, wireless internet, ceiling fans, sun deck, outside shower, and private pool. Direct beach access at Driftwood Street and West First Street. Please note the owner does not provide a grill.
Along with a new pool, the home offers a floating dock off which to fish or kayak. The dock has two convenient kayak ramps and bench seating. Kayaks not included. Rentals available in the area! Use your VayKLife credit towards kayaks, paddleboards, and much more!
On the main level there is one bedroom with a King bed, and a private bathroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom. Another bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom and the fourth bedroom has two sets of Bunk beds with its own private bathroom with a tub. One set of bunk beds is Single over Single and the other is Single over Double.
All bathrooms have been recently renovated.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 11. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat renters.

Rentals are weekly only year round.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.
Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
