Both front and rear porches have gates for safety. Park your boat right at the house at the floating dock, enjoy ad utilize the fish table with a handy hose for fish cleaning. Raeford St canal is a concrete canal with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Access the beach directly down Raeford Street where there is a public, ramped access.

Two bedrooms are on the first floor, one with one Queen with a Single and its own private bathroom, the second bedroom with a King bed with its own private bathroom (shower has dual heads) with access to large rear covered porch via sliding glass doors. There is a Double Sleeper Sofa in the living room on this floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One has 1 Queen and 1 Single bed, with a private bathroom. The second contains 1 King bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower and a balcony/deck facing the canal. The third bedroom upstairs contains a Double bed.  There is a new half bath in the upstairs hall.    

The kitchen contains everything one would need to cook elegant meals with ease. Stainless steel pots and pans, roaster pans, chef's knives, ample silverware, dishes, glassware, waffle maker, Crockpot, two types of coffee makers, blender, mixer, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. In the yard, one will find a large gas grill with a side burner (guests provide gas).

The rear deck offers a huge natural wood table that is perfect for alfresco meals enjoying the scenery of the canal. The deck also contains a large outdoor sofa for morning or afternoon naps with plenty of additional seating for everyone.                  No vehicle or golf cart parking under the house. No cooking grills, fryers, or smokers permitted under the house. There is a propane grill in back yard for guest use and guests are responsible for cleaning it after use and supplying propane.

Keyless entry allows check in and property access with ease.    

Rate includes departure cleaning. NO SMOKING. Accommodates 14. If you rented this property last year, ask about discounts offered by the homeowner for repeat renters.

Rentals are weekly only.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
