Ocean Cove includes an oceanfront pool and walkway to the beach.
On the main level there is a bedroom on the streetside with a King bed with private bathroom with shower. There is a bathroom off of the hallway with a shower. There is a Single bed built into a nook in the hallway. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs in the second bedroom with one King bed.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Accommodates 7. Second floor.
Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-9/6/2024.
4-night minimum 9/9/2023-10/27/2023, 5/4/2024-5/31/2024, and 9/7/2024-11/1/2024.
3-night minimum 10/29/2023-5/2/2024 and 11/2/2024-12/31/2024.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets are allowed at Ocean Cove. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
