This condo provides cable service for the living room TV only. Sling TV in bedrooms. Renter must log in using their login.
For your added enjoyment, the owner also provides Sling Streaming service for the TVs in the bedrooms. The living area has a flat screen TV with cable and a ROKU Player for streaming. The master bedroom has a 50" Amazon Fire Smart TV, The second bedroom has a 32" Amazon Fire Smart TV, The 3rd bedroom has a 20" flat screen TV with an Apple TV streaming device.
LINENS ARE PROVIDED: 3 Queen sets, 1 Double set, 1 Single set, 9 sets of 2 bath towels/2 washcloths/1 hand towel. Renter is responsible for making beds and removing linens and putting them back in bags for pick up on check-out day.

The deck overlooks the sound so you can enjoy a restful evening sitting on the deck watching the sunsets over the sound. If you can't tear yourself away from the beautiful view, you can eat dinner on the table on the deck. There are built-in grills on the grounds for guests' use. Parking is available underneath each unit, along with a cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Air Fryer, Ninja Foodi, wet bar, blender, and iron/ironing board. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.
