There is also one roll away bed in the condo for your "drop by" company. All bedrooms have TV's. The dining table seats eight, and there are six stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, master bedroom has a large walk in shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, Blu ray, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, and unsecure Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach. This penthouse offers extra large decks and spectacular views of the island.
