Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron, ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo provides Merge TV. Three Smart TVs also provide streaming service with guest's own accounts. This unit offers an excellent ocean view. Hibachi-style grills are provided for guests' use and are located near the pool. Ocean Isle Villas offers 1 parking spot per unit with 5 overflow spots on a first come, first serve basis. Towing is enforced.
