The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, inluding Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker. The sliding glass doors open up onto an expansive deck perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Further down the deck is a shared gazebo with seating as well. The condo is a short walk to the pier which is close to great shops, entertainment and restaurants.

There is no washer and dryer on the property.

Stay includes high speed internet, expanded cable TV and central heat and air.

Easily access the condo with keyless entry. Designated covered parking directly underneath unit.

EV charging strictly prohibited at this complex. Includes vehicles, golf carts, bikes, scooters, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.

This condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet. All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
This condo does not have a washer or dryer.
