DESCRIPTION
This house on the concrete canal features four bedrooms and two baths, on two levels. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king size bed, and a TV, and one has two doubles. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, and one has a king. There's one bathroom downstairs, and one upstairs.
The boat dock has built in benches, for your leisure fishing. There's an uncovered canal side deck so you can watch the boats go by. If you'd rather watch the activity on the road, there's a street side uncovered deck also. The two bedrooms upstairs have access to balconies. Amenities include hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service, but there are two Smart TVs (one in living room and one in downstairs bedroom) which provide Streaming that may be accessed with guest's own account. The washer and dryer are located upstairs. The dining room table seats eight and there are also three stools at the bar for additional seating. This home has golf cart outlet in the ground level storage room. The ground level storage room is available for renter's use, and is accessed with the same entry code.
