Guest responsible for sheets, towels, paper products, soap and personal items.

HOA prohibits smoking, pets and golf carts.

The condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, and the street side bedroom has a queen and twin bunk beds.

This condo has keyless entry.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.

ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE COMPLEX.
