The private balcony offers a magnificent view of the ocean. There are Hibachi grills and a picnic table on the premises, next to the pool.

All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. The Condo Association parking regulations do not permit jet skis, boats, trailers or golf carts in parking spaces.
