Welcome to the custom built Duneside Rendezvous, a stunning Wedding and Event space and Vacation Home overlooking Jinks Creek and a tranquil tidal marsh! This 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom, expertly crafted home has plenty of outdoor space with amazing views of sunset, sunrise, and wildlife. This home is offered for your cherished family vacation or special celebratory event.  This is a reverse floorplan, where the living room and kitchen are on the top floor. Our fully stocked kitchen will enhance your culinary delights while taking in the Jinks Creek view; sunsets included!   The second floor does offer a living area with a queen sized sleeper sofa and breakfast/coffee bar. Each bedroom includes an en-suite, bed linens, luggage rack and access to the interior elevator. Bask in the loungers around the in-ground, (heat optional) pool before heading down to the ocean at the end of the street. The beautifully decorated home offers plenty of space while making it feel cozy and intimate, especially around the blue quartzite fireplace. Perfect for Weddings, Reunions, Rehearsal Dinners, and any special gathering. Additional approval is required.  Please inquire for details. Welcome to your Ocean Isle beach retreat!
You may bring your pet with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet. Dogs only.
