A beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom canal front luxury condo at the highly desirable The Islander Resort Villas with ocean views in the highly desirable west end of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Enjoy coffee on the deck and take in the ocean views across the street. Very close to beach access one block away and guests enjoy the luxurious Isles Beach club oceanfront pool during season. Come back to the deck for happy hour with the turtles in the canal every night.
This 2nd floor unit is in the family friendly Islander Resort Villa. Come enjoy time at the beach in this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom spacious 1700+ square foot condo with easy access to the elevator. Enjoy views of the ocean and Intracoastal waterway from the deck and living area. Two bedrooms also share in the views of the intracoastal waterway.
The Islander clubhouse is a short walk as well and includes a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and full service restaurant located oceanfront. Come enjoy these amenities with your rental. Please note that the pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

The villa is newly decorated and includes 4 private bedrooms each with their own ensuite private bath. The master includes a king bed, double vanity and jetted tub. The other bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two full beds. Each bedroom has its own cable TV. A starter set of essentials and toiletries is provided to ensure a hotel like experience. Sheets and towels are also provided.

Turtle Watch has a full kitchen with eat-in breakfast bar. Seating for six is provided at the dining table or choose to each at the table on the outdoor lanai while listening to the ocean waves.

Ocean Isle Beach is the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation! The area is very family friendly and provides numerous activities. Ocean Isle Beach is located within one hour of Wilmington, Southport, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Bald Head Island, Sunset Beach, Calabash, and Myrtle Beach. These areas include shopping and entertainment such as touring the USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial, shopping at the historic Cotton Exchange or Chandler's Wharf, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Caswell Lighthouse, Bald Head Lighthouse, the Alabama Theater, championship golfing and a full array of wonderful restaurants.

This home allows dogs under 35lbs; max 2 dogs.
