This beautifully decorated beach themed pet friendly 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located across the street from the beach has it all. A private pool, ocean views from the covered porches complete with stylish and comfortable outdoor furniture, beach equipment, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen and ample living space. For your convenience, there is a child booster seat for eating and a baby gate in the property. The Crabitat does not offer cable TV, but you may still enjoy watching your favorite shows using your streaming accounts on one of the smart TVs. Can't stand to leave Fido at home or at a boarding facility? No problem! The Crabitat is pet friendly and you may bring up to 2 dogs with you. There is a non-refundable fee of $250.00 for each pet. Not only is the interior of this house a beauty but the exterior is as well. On the ground floor there is a full bathroom with a tiled walk in shower complete with a pet wash station. Fido will feel and be much happier with the sand and salt washed off from a day on the beach. Don't want to waste your time indoors cooking and miss out on the gentle beach breezes? No worries! Dine alfresco OIB style! The ground floor area offers a gas grill as well as a covered tiki bar with bar stools. Behind the bar is a chest sized cooler for your convenience, so no need to run upstairs to the fridge for a cold beverage. This property offers everything you could want in a beach rental home. All that is missing is YOU!
