The second and third bedrooms are in the front of the condo and share the entry hall full bath. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. Small appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster are also included.  The dining area has seating for six and a raised bar with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with full-sized washer/dryer. Located only minutes from Sunset Beach and a multitude of area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience.  Community outdoor pools, hot tub, charcoal grills and picnic tables are located throughout the condo complex.
