Located on the fairway of the popular Seascape Golf Course, this house offers serene surroundings in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for biking and walking adventures. Please note, the property is frequently visited by stray golf balls. The property owner is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by golf balls. Enjoy the serene views, but exercise caution when spending time outdoors. Just down the street, you'll find the Seascape Clubhouse, where you can enjoy access to additional amenities and activities. 

When you're ready to explore the sandy shores, simply drive over to the Eckner Street beach access, where you'll find ample parking and a selection of restaurants to satisfy your cravings.

Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property.


All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
