Located in the gated Buck Island Community, the tree-lined streets and manicured grounds will bring a sigh of relief from everyone after the long drive. There are amenities for everyone! There are community tennis courts, a pool close to “Beachin Fun”, a half-court basketball court, and a playground for the little ones. 

If you are looking for a walkable location this is it. You will be walking distance to the Tim Buck II shopping center, restaurants, groceries, movies and family activities. Garage not available.

We are offering both sides of this duplex for rent: BU25A-Beachin Fun A and BU25B-Beachin Fun B if you would like to bring a larger group for twice the fun!

Additional Amenity Details: Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.


All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
