House has been outfitted for mobility challenged needs with a ramp from the mid-level all the way to the dunetop deck, mid-level King Master has a beautiful bath with room for most wheelchairs to maneuver and a roll-under sink for easier access along with the shower with free standing seat. Elevator access on ground level in Billiards Room by carport, to mid-level with gathering areas, Deck, Ramp, and King Master Bedroom. Ocean views are what this home is all about...from the hot tub to every family meal at the family-style dining table! Bring the kids...this house is perfectly located to keep everyone active and satisfied. Top-level kids bunk room has air hockey, and there is a ground-level rec room that has a full size pool table and TV.
The multi-use bike path will take everyone to the pier for fishing, to restaurants, local grocery, or more! Rather hop in the car? Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
