A central sitting area completes this floor with a comfy sofa and TV/DVD and slider to a large deck with hammock and seat. When it's time to unwind, your instincts will lead you outside to the first floor deck and the tranquil covered porch w/hot tub. On the top level you'll find the airy great room, sun soaked with ocean front windows and sun decks. The well-kept kitchen will keep the cook occupied, and the family can enjoy the evening meal in the dining area with picturesque views, or step outside to the breezy screened porch for picnic-style fare. The living room entices you with accommodating seating, TV/DVD and convenient half bath. The king master bedroom with TV/DVD, full bath and slider are on this upper floor. A captain's watch with table and chairs is ideal for the family card game or simply gazing at the ocean and sound views while sipping on your morning coffee. Beds
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
