The complete kitchen features an island and a spacious dining area nearby that opens to a shaded deck. The great room opens to a large sundeck with two dolphin chairs and two cushioned lounges for sunbathing UP ON THE ROOF. The shade deck has two rocking chairs, a picnic table and Trex decking. For more outdoor options, head down to the outdoor grilling and gathering area, complete with benches and a coffee table for a relaxing end to your day. A great space to entertain your guests and serve your favorite snacks and beverages. UP ON THE ROOF is centrally located in Avon near restaurants, shopping and activities and provides access to a community pool and tennis courts for lots of entertainment options.

All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
