An under-house entry from the concrete carports leads to the first floor where all three bedrooms and two baths are located including the king master suite with private bath. Each bedroom has direct access to a large wraparound shaded deck. On the second floor you'll find a large great room with cathedral ceilings that offers abundant room for dining and entertaining. The great room opens to a large sundeck with excellent views and the screened-in porch with hot tub. The observation deck offers mesmerizing ocean views. Located next door to the Avon Fishing Pier and restaurant.

Beds

All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
