Patio with gas grill, hot tub, outside shower and stairs to the mid level deck. Electric "stair climber" chair assist from the ground level to the mid level living areas.
Mid Level: Great room with TV/DVD, stereo with CD and access to furnished deck. Dining room seating 10-12, well-equipped kitchen with filtered reverse osmosis water (which also feeds the built-in ice maker), laundry area with washer and dryer, half bathroom and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV. Top Level: Desk area and a Master Bedroom with 2 Queens, walk in closet and TV/VCR.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
