Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the front decks, kayaking the waters around Currituck Heritage Park, and walking along the piers and nature trails at the edge of the sound. When you are ready to head to the beach, stroll along the shaded walking path leading to the Oceanfront Resort Complex (only 500 yards away!) and enjoy beach access, oceanfront pools and a host of services and activities exclusively for resort guests. And be sure to walk, bike, or take the trolley (seasonal) to the Indoor Sports Complex for indoor swimming, tennis (fee to use indoor tennis courts), and racquetball. As a guest of OBX Star, you have full access to all Corolla Light Resort amenities! The best part is that all of this is experienced from the comforts and conveniences of this beautiful home. Find your own space with six bedrooms and two living areas. Swim in your own private pool, relax in the spa and lounge on the expansive decks. Ride bicycles, play billiards in the game room, or paddle kayaks in the sound. Ground Level: The lower level features a game room with billiards table and LCD TV/DVD. Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Queen Bedroom, and a full hall bathroom.
Mid Level: The mid-level features a tile-lined foyer entrance welcoming you to a comfortable living area complete with gas fireplace, TV/DVD, wet bar, mini-fridge, and entrance to the deck with spa. King Master Bedroom with LCD TV and full bath, Queen Bedroom with LCD TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hall bathroom, and laundry.
Top Level: The top level saves the best for last with a spacious great room area with gas fireplace, LCD TV/DVD, well-equipped kitchen with adjoining breakfast bar, dining room, and a King Master Bedroom with LCD TV, Jacuzzi bath, shower, and double vanity area. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and peaks of the sound from the expansive top deck.
Extras: Private Pool (11 x 22), Spa, wireless internet access, cable television, 6 LCD TVs, 2 DVDs/Blu-Ray, Bluetooth speaker, video library, pool table, bikes, kayak, outdoor shower, 2 gas fireplaces (available November 1-April 30), gas grill, beach chairs, high chair, pack-n-play, parking for 4 vehicles and community water. All linens and towels and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 12 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Kilmarlic Golf Club Member: This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons, clinics and more! The K Club will also have a full time concierge to assist in planning your activities. You can also receive special rates for the newest attraction on the Outer Banks, the H2OBX Waterpark and Kitty Hawk Kites activities including hang gliding, paragliding, kayak tours, kite boarding, jet-ski rentals and more! Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
