The owner of this home pays the Pet Fee on behalf of the guest so pets stay FREE at Loggerhead Lagoon! There will be no additional Pet Fee if you bring your furry friend. Loggerhead Lagoon is one of very few homes to offer this amazing benefit.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, hallway den, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Single and flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV and deck access and a hall bathroom.
Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Kitchen with all new stainless appliances including induction stove top for the discerning chef, two dishwashers and breakfast bar seating 4. Dining area seating 8, crow's nest dining area seating 4 (great for playing games too!), half bath and a King Master Bedroom with new flat-screen TV and deck access. Outdoor dining area seating 6 with magnificent sound views and sunsets.

All TVs have wireless internet access and can use most apps with your own account.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
There is a security camera on the front of the house facing the driveway.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
