Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV/DVD and private deck access and a full hallway bathroom. Up a half flight of stairs is a half bath.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 8 and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, access to private deck with sound views and private bathroom.
Extras: Hot Tub, 7 TVs, 4 DVD players, DVDs, high speed wireless internet, charcoal grill, picnic table, corn hole, Air Fryer, Keurig & Standard coffee makers, outside shower, parking for 5 vehicles, linens and towels provided and community pool and tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
