And don't worry about the sand - the outdoor shower is ready to keep your beach days breezy and mess-free. For outdoor enthusiasts, a fish cleaning table and yard Yahtzee promise ample fun for all ages. Plenty of parking means friends and family can easily join all Hatteras Lookout has to offer.  

Mid Level:  Three spacious bedrooms are situated on the mid-level. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, offers smart TVs, and is bathed in natural light, ensuring a soothing ambiance that's just right for unwinding. Bedrooms #1 and #2 feature a King and Double  bed, private bath, and deck-covered access. Bedroom # 3 offers a Double bed and a Twin Bunk Set and a shared bathroom. The inviting decks have plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their personal space while listening to the soothing ocean waves.  

Top Level:  Step into a gourmet kitchen well-stocked for your culinary adventures, featuring sleek appliances and all the tools you'll need to whip up delicious meals. The open-plan living area, complete with stylish decor, invites you to host memorable gatherings or simply kick back and enjoy the serene views of the ocean, sound, and village. For those seeking privacy, head upstairs to the lookout and take in all the natural beauty from a bird's eye view! Bedroom # 4 is located on this level, featuring a Queen bed, private bathroom, and deck access.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
