Ground Level: Den with a game table seating 4 with checkers table top, kitchenette with sink, full size fridge, small microwave and deck access to covered deck with seating and sound views, Room with a DayBed (room does not offer a closet), Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hallway bath, laundry area with washer and dryer and a 2 car garage.
Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, deck access and sound views. Kitchen with counter seating for 5, dining area seating 4, screened porch and sun deck with sound views. Queen Bedroom with a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway).
Top Level: Features a spacious King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private Soundfront deck with stunning Sound views and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower.
Extras: 3 TVs, screened porch, charcoal grill, 2 refrigerators, pack-n-play, game table, cornhole boards, 2 SUP boards, community soundfront dock, beach chairs and linens and towels provided. Fireplace is not available for guest use.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
