On this level you'll find 4 bedrooms: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a private bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access with lakefront views and a private bathroom and a Queen Bedroom  with flat-screen TV and deck access with lake front views that shares a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom with a Bedroom with a Full/Full Bunk Set, Trundle and flat-screen TV.    

Top Level:  Enjoy the views of the lakeside sunsets in the Great Room with a high ceiling, big screen TV and deck access. Dining room with deck access. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers and counter seating for 2, half bathroom  and a King Master Bedroom with a high ceiling, flat-screen TV, wonderful views of the live oak trees and a private bathroom.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for the sleep sofa, top bunk and trundle bed  in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
