You can take advantage of all the community amenities in Corolla Light, including tennis, racquetball, a rec center, weekly planned activities (seasonal) and several community pools.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool, hot tub and outside shower, charcoal grill and a second enclosed outside shower off the carport. Inside you'll find a den with TV/DVD offering cable and streaming. Queen Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom. Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles,  TV and private deck. Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access, Bedroom with a Double bed and Bunk Set and a full hall bathroom. All bedroom TVs on this level offer streaming only.  

Mid Level: Great room with TV offering cable and streaming deck access and game/ additional dining table seating 4.   Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, full size refrigerator plus 2 additional under counter refrigerators and breakfast bar seating 2. Dining area seating 8 with deck access, half bathroom, elevated ocean overlook loft with ocean and lighthouse views and wrap around decks for sunbathing and relaxation. Queen Master Bedroom  with TV (streaming) and private bathroom.  

Top Level: Eagles nest with built in benches, ocean and lighthouse views, cable TV and wet bar with refrigerator.  

Extras:  Private Pool (14 x 25, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 6 TVs (3 with cable), DVD player, charcoal grill, keyless entry, highspeed wireless internet, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community amenities for 14 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. No Pets. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
