Ground Level: Outside you'll find the hot tub, outdoor shower and 2 charcoal grills (1 park-style grill). Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV and patio deck access, full hallway bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a flat-screen TV. Garage with bikes.
Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV and deck access, well-equipped kitchen, dining room seating 8, half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom,
Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, lighthouse views, private bathroom and sitting area.
Extras: Hot Tub, 5 TVs, bikes, outside shower, 2 charcoal grills, linens and towels provided, high speed internet and parking for 3 vehicles. Corolla Light community amenities for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
This property does NOT provide beach chairs.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
