Mid Level: Den with a flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access. 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), Master Bedroom with a BunkSet, Single and flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD. Laundry Room with washer, dryer and a utility sink.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD and deck access, half bath and kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, free standing ice-maker and counter seating for 4 people. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.
This property does have a security camera near the front door facing the driveway (no audio).
Beach Cabana Service: 6 Chairs and 2 Umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for you beach set up, weather permitting, from 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, 6/27/25-8/21/25. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
