This home sits right on the beach with the best beach view in Kitty Hawk, an ocean view from nearly every room of the house. The large oceanfront deck is perfect to watch sunrises, enjoy the rolling surf throughout the day and view the stars at night. The stairs from the deck lead you right to the beach as well as the enclosed outside shower. Located just 11 miles from H2OBX Waterpark and 6 miles to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, but once you're here you may never want to leave!
Ground Level: Great room with ocean views, flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD, electric fireplace and plenty of seating on the wrap around sofa. Recently remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and even an ocean view while you wash dishes. The dining area seating 8 plus 2 tables on the deck. Extras: 3 TVs, 2 Blu-ray players, high-speed internet access, high chair, washer/dryer, parking for 3 cars, crock pot, electric griddle, electric fireplace and an enclosed outside shower. No Smoking. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
