Mid Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, 2 outside showers, picnic table and a charcoal grill. Inside you'll find a Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with TV/VCR/DVD and deck access, Bedroom with a Bunk Set, Single and Trundle , full hall bath, and laundry area.
Top Level: Great room with TV/VCR/DVD, wood-burning fireplace, deck access and beautiful Ocean views, well-equipped kitchen with counter seating 4, large dining room seating 8, half bath, and screened porch.
Extras: 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, stereo with CD, high-speed wireless internet, book library, pack-n-play, baby gate, card/game table, screened porch, 2 outside showers, picnic table, wood-burning fireplace, community water, charcoal grill, parking for 3 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Community Pool and Tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
