This charming second floor condo welcomes you to the beach with beautiful coastal tones and pops of color. The living room offers a sofa with chaise lounger and two recliners. Kick back, prop your feet up, and relax! This stylish sofa can convert to a queen sleeper sofa in the evenings to allow for an additional sleeping area if needed. The living area seamlessly flows to the dining area and kitchen. Beautiful teal touches run through the gorgeous tile back splash and are accented by stainless steel appliances.

There is a guest room with a pyramid bunk (twin over full) that makes perfect accommodation for junior family members. For added convenience, there is a half bathroom attached to this bedroom. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed. The full bathroom can be accessed from this bedroom and services the other guest rooms and sleeping areas.

Spend your mornings combing the beach for seashells and watching the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean. Catch some rays on the front deck or scoot over to the community pool for a refreshing swim. Life is too short to miss the spectacular sunrises, famous donuts at Britt's, Thursday night fireworks on the beach and quality time with your family making lifelong memories. The North Carolina Aquarium and the Fort Fisher historical site are great daytime activities for everyone to enjoy. Catch a ferry ride over to Southport for the day for some great local dining options or spend the day hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. Venus fly traps and native pitcher plants can be spotted in the park seasonally and make a truly memorable experience. Just a short stroll to Freeman Park, your furriest family members will have a ball on their beach vacation. You'll want to immerse yourself in the myriads of activities offered on Pleasure Island.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
