There is a television and attached jack and jill bathroom for added convenience. A second guest bedroom shares access to the jack and jill bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The queen guest room also has a private deck that provides a glimpse of the ocean. Across the hallway you will find the primary bedroom complete with a en-suite bathroom that features dual sinks and a walk-in shower stall.

The top floor of this beautiful home is accented by wood floors and spacious floor plan. An open concept living room makes a wonderful gathering space for families and seamlessly flows to the kitchen and dining area. A large sectional sofa provides ample sitting room for everyone to spread out and snuggle up on the couch together. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry to store all your groceries, and everything you need to make your favorite meals.
