As you enter the apartment the hallway guides you past the bedrooms and leads you to the open living area and kitchen. A quaint dining table is conveniently positioned across from the pullman kitchen that overlooks the living room. The kitchen is functional and well equipped for preparing meals but there is not a dishwasher included among the appliances provided. Enjoy home cooked meals, after dinner board games, and rocking in the soft sea breezes as the waves crash on the beach.
The living room features two built-in sofas that give a cozy space to kick back and relax in the evenings. This unit is all about getting back to the basics and really spending quality time with family without the constant pull of technology. While there is television and internet services available, the real attraction to this family home is the covered porches, beautiful water views that showcase the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, and convenient private beach access.
The first guest bedroom features two twin beds and offers access to the front deck that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway while the second guest bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed. A full bathroom is situated nearby and both guest rooms. The ground floor of this home has a communal laundry room that is shared between the apartments and an enclosed outdoor shower to help rinse away the salt and sand from the day.

Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
