There is a large flat screen TV and firestick to ensure endless options that will appease the entire family. The well-stocked kitchen, gas range, and a commercial cooler make storing supplies and preparing family meals a breeze! Just off the kitchen is a full bathroom that services the neighboring queen bedroom.

The spacious master suite with king bed is located on the top floor and offers a private bathroom, balcony with ocean views, and a wet bar! Just down the hall is the laundry room and third guest room with Pyramid bunk beds and attached private bathroom - a great place for the kids to hang out and play!

Stay Requirements: Any turn day in summer with a 3-night minimum. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Pyramid Bunk Beds, 1 Sofa Bed (sleeper sofa not included with linens).
Parking: Parking for 4-5 vehicles
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the first level door (doorbell camera).
