DESCRIPTION
Have fun in the sun while staying at this three-level, oceanfront townhouse! There are 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and enough space to accommodate the whole family. Enjoy your morning coffee and watching the sunrise from one of the three spacious oceanfront balconies. The first floor features an open floorplan kitchen with an eat in kitchen bar that seats two and overlooks the dining room and living area. The dining table seats four and welcomes family meals or evening board games. The living room offers a great gathering space to relax and watch TV and a sleeper sofa enables this space to transform into an additional sleeping area for extra guests. A large sliding glass door leads out to the large balcony with an outdoor dining set that seat up to six people. Enjoy dining ocean front as the waves crash in the background! There is a half bathroom next to the kitchen, for convenience.
On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, private full bathroom with shower tub combination, and private ocean front balcony with rocking chairs. The second bedroom on this floor is perfect for the kids with two twin beds and a separate full bathroom with a standing shower.
The third floor has the spacious primary suite that offers privacy and a great place to escape to relax. A large Queen-size bed, TV, and oceanside balcony with rockers make this the ultimate retreat at the end of a long day. The primary suite also includes its own full bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
Updated windows ensure that you will never miss the opportunity to catch a pod of dolphins offshore, or the majestic seabirds flying about. The beach access is just at the end of the building, making it a convenient location to walk to the beach. Parking: Parking for two compact vehicles - one in the garage, one in the driveway.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
