The spacious open living and dining area gives way to a galley kitchen that is equipped with a laundry room. Ceiling to floor mirrors on the dining room wall creates a live action mural of the ocean beyond. Just of the great room is the stately primary suite complete with a kind sized bed. The bed frame is carved wood with marble inlay detail. Truly a bed fit for a king! The primary suite also offers a private bathroom with a shower tub combo, flat screen television, and sweeping ocean views.
Near the entry door you will find two guest rooms and a full bathroom located in the hallway that services these two rooms. The first guest room offers a king-sized bed, while the other guest room provides versatility by providing two full sized beds.
Take a stroll along the water's edge to Mason's Inlet to the north where exclusive Figure Eight Island is a stone's throw away. Whether you are interested in a plethora of amenities or just looking for a quiet place to escape to the coastline - "Michael" is sure to provide the vacation getaway that you have been craving.

Stay Restrictions: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Recap: 2 King, 2 Full.
Parking: Two reserved parking spaces are available under the building.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Mail or Packages being sent to the rental.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.
The Duneridge complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations that take place between May and September will require parking passes and which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage "W040 - Michael" as a vacation rental.
