DESCRIPTION
Both levels of this cottage may be rented individually or as an entire home. "Henson - Upper" is the second level and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen, living and dining area. "Henson - Lower (C062)" is on the first floor and includes a ramp and also features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a large kitchen and living and dining areas.
The upper and lower levels are both accessed from outside. Each floor has a large open porch with swing, rockers, table and chairs. There is an outdoor shower shared for both units and a designated golf cart parking and charging station with room for two carts. Upon request a portable crib and high chair can be made available.
Come experience beach living the way it used to be, you'll be glad that you did!. Simple, efficient, and close to the sand and water. Lovingly maintained with great respect to it's history while also keeping it relevant for today's more discriminating guests, this home is made for making wonderful memories with your family. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed.

Stay Restrictions: Saturday/Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum three night stay other seasons.
Renter Requirements: Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Groups of unrelated occupants that do not reside in the same primary residence must be 30 years old.

Parking: Parking behind home for three vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pets are NOT welcomed in this property.
Prohibited: Smoking. Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
