Private pier makes this a good location for boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding (boat lift not for guest use). Gas grill. Golf cart seats four and is available for easy access to the beach. 10 minute walk to beach. Guests do not have access to Cape Emerald pool, dock and courts. Available year-round. No smoking. Pets allowed with $250 non-refundable fee per pet (2 pet maximum,75 lb. limited). No cats please. 424 Cape Emerald Loop.
