Electric fireplace in living area. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including cushioned rockers on main deck; two oceanfront bedrooms and living area have phantom screens. Lower deck with motorized awning. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, fish cleaning station and second outside shower at beach level. Weekly only. No smoking. This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
