Close driving proximity to waterfront dining restaurants or places to purchase fresh seafood to prepare at home. Visit the amazing NC Aquarium which is only 15 minutes away by car. **Please be advised that construction is currently underway throughout the entire Summer Winds complex. This includes the replacement of one stairwell in Building A and one stairwell in Building B, with completion expected by the end of May. Additionally, fascia and balcony repairs are expected throughout the spring, with an estimated completion by the end of June. During these projects, dust and loud construction noise are anticipated.
