There is a shared full bathroom located just off the main hallway along with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The ground level provides the convenience of a half bath for those fun-filled days at the pool (shared with the East side). There is a stainless steel gas grill as well as a charcoal grill and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The ground level guest closets are where you will find a second refrigerator, beach cart, beach chairs, and pool toys all provided for your convenience.

Other amenities include wireless Internet access, 5 flat screen cable TVs including a 55" wall-mounted Smart HDTV in living area, ceiling fans throughout, along with covered and open decks with porch rockers.
