This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season November - May. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered for monthly guests with $300 non-refundable fee per pet.

2023: September & October (reserved for weekly guests); November - March $3,500; April $4,620; May $7,370. Base rental rates for 28-night reservation; other fees apply.
